Pavilion exhibit space. Design based on the golden ratio. Every wall/partition is movable and makes the space flexible with infinite possibilities to adapt and transform into different spaces depending on the requirements for each exhibit.
Conceptual art gallery. Narrow site, location and climate were considerations that played a great part in how the final design materialized. Dimmed natural light through frosted glazing in the vaulted ceilings will ensure that only the right amount of light is let into the gallery to preserve the artwork on display in the gallery. Rooftop terrace offers outside seating area for visitors, while backyard serves as an outside sculpture garden.
Conceptual model of performing space. Inspired by the dancers line - the arabesque. Blending of the inside and the outside where the landscape functions as the natural seating for the audience.
Conceptual campus building. Sustainable design for the desert. Direction of the building, and shading structures that extend from the building, shielding for the midday sun on the exterior spaces surrounding the building. Permeable walls that create a cooling effect for the inside spaces. Created through a layering system where the walls get cooled down through permeable screens as the outer layer of the walls, and through water which is part of the layering of the walls.
